All Advertisers MUST agree to these terms
This agreement is between Carolina House Directory and you (advertiser). This is a legal biding contract
and your acceptance of this agreement means you have read and understand all terms. Occasionally
we may make changes to this agreement and you will be notified of any major changes either by email
or letter.
We are not liable and can not be held responsible for your actions or the actions of individuals you
choose to do business with. So, please treat your clients with respect and develop a long lasting
relationship.
Your Advertisement
Your ad may consist of but not exceed 1000 characters. We will not publish (in our sole discretion) any
offensive or obscene material. All ads expire according to the following, 1 month 30 days after posting, 6
months 180 days after posting, 1 year 365 days after posting. If you are enjoying your 3 months free with
no obligation you can upgrade at anytime. Your paid period will start after your 3 months is up. This rule
applies to all advertisers. Prepay at anytime and your current period will finish out before the next billed
period begins.
Posting
All ads are posted within 7-10 days of received payment. If you want to make changes please do so
within this time. If you make changes 5 days or later after original payment we may push back your
posting date. If your posting date is pushed back for any reason please be assured that your time period
will start from the day it is posted.
Guarantees
Carolina House Directory makes no guarantees that advertisers will receive any leads or sales. Your
best chance at getting leads is to be listed near the top. Listings are based on loyalty.
Refunds
You may cancel at anytime before your listing is posted. This usually happens within 7-10 days of
payment. If you decide to cancel before your listing is posted we will refund 90% of payment received.
However, if you decide to cancel after your listing is posted unfortunately we do not compensate you.
Making Changes
Changes can be made at anytime during your time period. Changes will take 7-10 days to appear in
your listing after received payment (if applicable). Charges will be determined by the extent of the
changes you wish to make.
Payments
All sales must be paid in full before your ad or image will begin to show. If you are renewing your
advertisement payment is due within 5 days of your expiration date. If payment is received after that time
your ad may be discontinued briefly and subject to the loyalty clause (meaning pushed back to most
recently added listings).
Placement
Advertisements are listed in the order they signed up. The longer you are with us the higher your ad will
show, presuming those above you stop their service with us. Its our way of rewarding loyalty. We will
place an average of 10-15 listings on each page. The maximum number of advertisers in any category
and/or county will be determined by Carolina House Directory (in its sole discretion).
Privacy
We will keep all your information private. We will not sell/share information with any third parties. All
information is used for internal records only. All personally identifiable information will be disposed of
properly.
Your Consent
This hereby grants your consent to use the information provided on our website in the manner for which
it was intended. We can not be held liable for using logos, trademarks, contact information, personal
names, company names, pictures, or anything else you have provided. Please be sure you have
permission to use said items for advertising purposes.

Carolina House Directory reserves the right to change its website, ad specifications, ad layout,
characters allowed, image specifications, advertisers allowed per county and/or category, with little or no
advanced notice.
